Your internet is down? Or don't know what plan is best for your home or business, we will work with you and your ISP or find the ISP that's best for you. Give us a call. If your net is down we'll even battle with your ISP/XTRA for you and try our best to get it going again. Who knows if its been down a while or it's their fault we might even get you a small credit.

We know who has what and what's the easiest to use. For serious business phone I-Mate or BlackBerrys we can get them wholesale and set them up for you with your sim card.

Network Setup and Maintenance
Computers like to talk to each other we like to make that easy. It might seem like black magic to you but we can easily help you setup a network from 2 to 200 machines. We can of course do more it will just take longer. Once the magic is working we like to keep it that way either through good documentation or a maintenance schedule.
Computer Recycling
We're happy to Recycle your old computer, if it is not running we maybe able to reuse some parts or if it is running we may be able to give it away to someone that can make use of it. Computer Recycling will incur a charge of $20 to cover travel if we are not already at your home for service. Computer Recycling for businesses can also be arranged but we cannot guarantee taking all of them in one day.

Changing Operating System
Lots of people find they are not happy with their operating system once they get their computer. Some people also want to change to free ethical software but don't know where to start we can help, you will probably find that a linux based operating system will run faster on your existing system. Also they come with office suites and other tools you would have to pay for from Microsoft. In saying that if you want to change to Windows Vista or XP we can help. We will always back up your data before we install a new operating system.

Backing Up Your Data or Creating a Back Up Solution For Your Office.
If you want us to create a back up solution that suits you we can. It might be that we buy you an external hard drive or that we set up automatic back ups to an existing office computer. Otherwise for a more serious backup solution we can look at many different off site options from at home to a pay data centre. Whatever is most suited to your needs we will work together to get it working with the least hassle.
