I had heard from lots of people that I needed to defrag my Laptop to get it to go faster, but after I defraged it didn't go any faster at all. HandIT looked at my computer and within minutes they established it was short of ram and ordered more and even showed me how to install it. I felt great installing my own RAM and now all my programmes load faster. Thanks HandIT
